Zoombang.fi is Protective Gear Finland Oy´s marketplace, where products are sold by Protective Gear Finland Oy (Company registration number: 2784923-1 , Laajakorvenkuja 8E 35, 01620, Vantaa, + 358 400 664 283). Protective Gear Finland Oy keeps all the rights to change any of this information when needed.

Webstores payments are going through Klarna Oy Ab. You can choose all payment possibilities Klarna has to offer for their customers. 

Delivery and delivery costs

At the web store checkout you can choose your method of delivery. In Finland we use Matkahuolto. Delivery costs within Finland is 5,90 € including VAT 24%. International shipments within Europe are usually delivered by UPS and cost is 20€ including VAT 24%. Outside EU shipping cost is 20€ VAT0% (Norway, Switzerland). If you have any questions about delivery costs and options, we are happy to help in all matters. Our priority is to find cheapest and fastest way of delivery with tracking. 

Shipping options and costs are shown at the cashier page where delivery options are mentioned and also in the summary. Chosen shipping option and and amount of products in the order will affect shipping costs.

Delivery time

Delivery time of products are mentioned at the product information. Mainly we ship within 1-3 working days, but there can be special products where shipping times will be different. If there is any change in shipping time, we will always contact customer first.

Return policy

Customer has 14 days return time starting from the day of product arriving at customers place.

In all claims customer has to contact us immediately when he/she has noticed issue with the product and we negotiate returns of payment and products return back to seller. In case of fault in the product, seller is responsible of the return cost. In other cases customer is responsible for the return cost and also for the original shipping cost.
